After i had an hardcore gym last night with arrum, k'moniq, and nadia at helios.. i've got a new diet program from Eko my Trainer ( this is just for 3 month, and we'll see after that,haha) ok, in order to loose 5kg until jan30 and another 2 in a half month to go, this are my diet menu :
* Breakfast : Roti Gandum dan susu non fat
* Lunch : Nasi merah, Dada ayam rebus with vagie ( gak ada lg yg namanya gorengan, santen, kulit ayam, pkknya yg berlemak)
*Before dinner : Sayur bening (bayem) / capcay, salad buah..
OK , I CAN DO THIS!!
